Powershell Access Denied

Hi, I tried to run the cmdlet stuff for Exchange 2007 with SDK. Whenever I
tried to open Runspace, it gave me access denied error. From the monad error
log, I could see the following errors generated. "Settings: Access to the
path 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server' is denied.". I was running
from the Exchange Administrator account. I am wondering how to fix it. Thanks.
