Vista - how can you insert line in csv file?

zim x64 6 posts	how can you insert line in csv file? I need to create a csv file and update the file every day. I want the updates to be put inserted into the 2nd line of the file. Is there a way to do this using export-csv? Has anyone written a program that can do this? Thanks, Zim
