CTP and Software Restriction Policies

Yesterday I've installed PowerShell CTP3 on my notebook and found
interesting bug. For virus protection I use Software Restriction Policies
and it blocks PS1 files to load:

Windows PowerShell V2 (Community Technology Preview - Features Subject to
Change)
Copyright (C) 2008 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
File
D:\Users\vpodans\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1
cannot be loaded because its executi
on is blocked by software restriction policies. For more information,
contact your system administrator.
At line:1 char:2
+ . <<<<
'D:\Users\vpodans\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1'
+ CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: ( [], PSSecurityException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : RuntimeException
PS C:\Users\vPodans> Get-ExecutionPolicy
RemoteSigned
PS C:\Users\vPodans>

bug is described and reported on connect:

https://connect.microsoft.com/feedba...9878&SiteID=99

but PS1 extension not monitored by this policy. Can someone confirm this
bug? At this time I try to find a method to inspect this issue.
