When I create a new mailbox for a new or existing user, the mailbox
cannot receive message from the internet (tried gmail, yahoomail).

554 554 <(newmailboxaddress)>: Recipient address rejected: Access
denied (state 14).



Internal email works fine. Can send to external addresses.

Is there something I need to do to enable the ability to receive
external email?

I beleive you! But I unable to find any mention about PowerShell and
