Batch file to execute files in subfolders

Does anyone know if it's possible to create a batch file that'll run through a folder & it's subfolders to execute it's files? (This seemed like the most appropriate section, so please feel free to move this topic if it's better suited elsewhere!)

The story behind this is 4 months ago my PC died & took my entire music collection with it. I had it backed up on my iPod, so I enabled it's disk use & copied all the songs onto my HDD. After doing so, I tried to add the songs to my library, but iTunes wouldn't, in anyway, let me add using it's interface. The only way I could get it into the library was to set iTunes as the default program for MP3s & open the file itself.

Having over 3000 MP3s makes that a daunting task, so I was thinking a batch file that could start in my music folder, and spider through each subfolder & execute each MP3 would accomplish what I'm looking for with minimal aggrevation of my already painful carpel tunnel proned wrists.

Thanks!
