| | Issues with un-installing powershell 1.0 Hi, I want to install Powershell 2.0. But for that its asking me to remove the Powershell 1.0 on my box. I tried removing this from the Control panel. But even then its still existing and I cannot install Powershell 2.0 Any pointers on uninstalling Powershell will be much appreciated. Thanks, Aditya |

| | Re: Issues with un-installing powershell 1.0 Under Add/Remove Program in XP, put a checkmark at 'show updates', and scroll down the list to the last entry. You'll see an hotfix. Cheers. Search for every occurrence of "PowerShell" and get rid of the key and sub keys. Once you've done this. the V2 installer works a charm. But be careful - registry editing can be dangerous.
