how to get a service from a specific get-alert cmd

I am using Get-alert cmdlet to get some specific results. I am trying to get
the specific services with the following criteria :

get-alert -criteria ‘Name = ”The service cannot be started”’ | Select-Object
-Property NetbiosComputerName
o/p :
server01
server02
server03

Now, how can i know that which service didn't get started for the above
servers using powershell.
Anybody has got any idea about this...Please help!!
