I would like it has a console mode..........something like VIM? (i don't
like VIM because their strange use mode)

I use Notepad++ and http://poshcode.org/notepad++lexer
But I don't ever edit in the console on Windows

As mentioned here is free editor Windows PowerShell ISE (I hate this editor)
which ships with PowerShell V2 by default. Another cool editor is PowerGUI
from Quest Software.
