    Check for file lock?

    is there an easy way to check and see if there is a lock on a file?

    Grab handle.exe from http://live.sysinternals.com. It isn't a native
    PowerShell cmdlet but it will get the job done. Note: you need to run this
    utility elevated ie with admin privs.
