[demo] Format-Chart - Formats output as a table with a chart colum

The script formats output as a table with a pseudo-graphical chart column
calculated for the last specified numeric property. It is here:

Note that a chart can be dynamic if it is used together with
Watch-Command.ps1:

Example of a dynamic chart of process working sets:

PS> Watch-Command {ps | Format-Chart Id, Name, WS}
