Rich Html help for powershell

In the next version of powershell analyzer the help won't just be plain
text, but rich interative html based help (though of course , if you
are a traditional console diehard, the plain text is still there for
you to use). Here is a link to a page i exported as a sample so you can
see what it will look like. (and yes, the links are meaningless inside
this sample)

Looks good.

I'm sure that you've got lots of tasks on hand already but I think it
would be a further improvement if you could lay out the parameters in
the Syntax section so that they are more readable than currently.
