Vista - Timing of posts on the new Newsgroup

In the new powershell NG some posts seem to come in different order,

I do not have this problem on the other newsgroups in my Newsreader.
(the web interface does lag sometimes I know but also does not return
treads in different order

are more peaple have the same ?

May be newsgroup doesn't use GMT time?

What do you mean saying "different order" ?

As applepwc also does state,
it looks like timezone info is not processed right in the new NG,

it looks like the posts are not always threaded in the same order they are
posted

e.g. after I reply to a tread , there will appear posts before mine,
that are posted after I did reply, also there will appear posts after my
post that seem to be posted before I did post, its not only lagging but realy
changeing the order of the posts, also in the webinterface threads

Hmm. I am in GMT-5(NYC) and I don't see any problems though.. with the

Time is stamped clientside, not serverside; the problems you've noticed may
be due to someone with a bad local time. There are also occasionally
problems with the servers 'eating' newsgroup posts; I've seen that happening
the last few days, with several of my posts not even showing up. It affects
_all_ newsgroups when it happens, so it usually gets noticed and corrected
quickly.

It seems author concerned here is:

when I view the group sorted by MessageID.
