microsoft.powershell.commands.management.dll-help.xml

I was having a look round
microsoft.powershell.commands.management.dll-help.xml.

I noticed that on multiple command:command elements there are
namespace declarations. Why not have the namespace declarations once -
on the helpItems element? It would be much neater.

Hi Andrew,

We wanted individual cmdlet developers to develop cmdlets. An assemlby can
have multiple cmdlets each developed by different developers. The idea is to
write your cmdlet code and cmdlet help content in one project. Validate the
help content. Later when the assembly is built, collect all the different
help content files and merge them into one.
