Missed RC2 uninstaller in Add/Remove panel

I already checked out "show updates".

why doesn't PowerShell use a standalone installer, but install as an update
instead.

Now, how can I remove RC2 then install the final?

Thx.

RE: Missed RC2 uninstaller in Add/Remove panel

Do you see it in the add/remove list?

mine showed up at the bottom as POWERSHELL
WindowsXP-KB925228-x86-ENU.exe

You could go to this registry key and search for PowerShell:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
then copy the uninstall command from the "UninstallString" value.

On my system, the PowerShell RC2 uninstall was hidden until I clicked "Show
updates" at the top of the window (this option did not exist before XP sp2)
