Is this NNTP Bridge something that is functioning?
I'm really not sure what it does.

It works Ok, provided you aren't too fussy.

What forum would you like to read with it?

There is nothing on the Answers bridge that matches powers (even when
newsgroup Descriptions are downloaded) but for the Other bridge there are
several possibilities. Start with this one:

news://localhost:119/TechNet.en-US/winserverpowershell

E.g. use that link to open WLMail (or any other OE spawned newsreader) once
you have started your bridge and logged in to it.
