PowerShell windows hangs after VS 2005 SP 1 update

Ok, I remember someone posted about this a while ago that his/her first
powershell windows hangs after opening it.

I haven't had such occurrence since beta3 of PowerShell, but after
applying Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 yesterday, the first
powershell window hangs and have to "kill" it forcefully.

And powershell instances afterwards open without problem.
Anyone else has a similiar problem?
