PC speed will go up

I am using Live One Care, defragmenting, and all that what is required.Even my
RAM capacity was increased. Now it is 256 and 512.But I have watched that basic
performance of my PC is getting slow and I am just getting into Microsoft
sites
may be for installing or down loading recommended updates which too fails to
instal when down load is complete.Browsing other sites is too slow and it
ends
up in not opening the site.
It should be fee based ,reasonable depending on countries and Live one Care
should come upto the mark.
