[Bug or not] Get-Help -detailled

Hi god ;-),

When I get a standard help (without parameters) about a command I get the
related commands section ("liens connexes" in french). But when I ask
Powershell to get help with -detailled I don't have this section.

I will prefer to have also this section in detailled mode because I very
often use the -detailled parameter.
Is it a bug or it's by design ?

If you use -full you will see the related links section

Yes you're right, that's why I suppose it's a bug !
