Vista and Powershell Problem

Hi,

When I try to install the Vista Version of Powershell on my brand new
copy of Windows Vista Ultimate,
I get a notice that "the update does not apply to your system".

I am trying to use the file "Windows6.0-KB928439-x86.msu". Is there a
different version?

I have searched my computer and there is no version of Powershell
installed.

TIA,

OlsDog

<<Have you checked that .net v2 is installed ?>>

That product "is already installed as part of the operating system"

It turns out the the version of VISTA Microsoft Windows [Version
6.0.5840] that I got at the Vista launch party is NOT the official RTM
version and that is why the New version of PowerShell won't load. And
the older RC versions won't work either. Catch 22 and beware of free.
