| | select-string exceptions Can someone suggest how to capture the "exceptions" to the select- string statement? I want to search through a text file and see only the lines that do *not* have a certain string in it. For instance, consider: input.txt ------------ abc def geh ijk I want to view all lines that do *not* contain 'def' for instance. I would think that there would be some variation of the select-string cmdlet, but I can't find it. Thanks, Charlie |
