Suggestion: Format-Table's HideTableHeaders parameter should be NoLabel

Format-Table uses a parameter HideTableHeaders to suppress header names.

Although accurate and descriptive, NoLabel would probably be superior as the
primary name for this parameter. NoLabel can be generalized to various other
formatting and display cmdlets and is a more compact name as well.
