PowerShell SDK

When I install it gives me this error dialog and wants me to uninstall what
looks to be the later versions of some of the .net components? That doesn't
seem to make sense. What am I doing wrong?

For example: Mocrosoft Windows Software Development Kit for Windows Vista
Update(6000.16384.10)

Installed Version: 6.1.6000.16384

Updated Version: 6.0.6000.0

Uninstall Required: Yes

Retry Back Cancel

Perhaps a bug in the installer. I'd report it if you have MS support.

Either that or uninstall the old SDK, and put the new. The "update"
seems very big, so likely contains the entire kit + updates/fixes.

Re: PowerShell SDK

Actually isn't Installed Version: 6.1.6000.16384 later than Updated Version:
6.0.6000.0 so essentially I'm uninstalling the new version in order to
install the older version so I can get the PowerShell SDK to install. Then I
have to reinstall the new stuff to get what I lost by downgrading?
