Set primary display (monitor)

I want to set the primary display (monitor) to the one which is not the
primary display (monitor) in this moment.
I have two displays (monitors).
Thanks for help.

I don't know if this can switch the monitors though, but is a good app

Not possible in powershell - someone asked about this before. Changing
display settings via p/invoke is an unexpectedly complex process too.
