After some research regarding the Master Category List, is a user only
option. For all to have the same Master Category List, you would have to set
that as the same manually per user. Read the following from a Microsoft

As for her Calendar view, I assume she has multiple Calendars added to her
Outlook profile. If so, the checkbox option should appear for the other user
Calendars that she's been given permissions to access, as well as Calendars
in Public Folders she has permissions to. So you're saying there are
multiples, but no checkbox next to them? Odd. What was changed with her View
She said that it used to work, but not sure if that was meant for Outlook
2003 or 2007. Maybe it didn't work, and she thought it did, and when she
went to use it, found it didn't and thought otherwise?
Just in case this is a View issue, because I'm betting there have been many
changes done to it in trying to customize it, you have the option to reset
the default viewl. But it restores all the default views. Use with care as
all custom views you created are lost. Shut down Outlook. The Outlook icon
in the systray should disappear. You can verify Outlook is not running by
looking in the Task manager. Then run the following.
As for where the list is stored for Outlook 2007, it's no longer in the reg.
Also, it's a bit different.
