Sorry, no. You must do that separately. Also, note that if you do hyper-v
you need a third party translator to use USB devices for backup in the
current version of HyperV.

No, you'll need to backup the second server either with the native Windows
2008 backup program or with 3rd party software. This means you'll need
additional USB drives for the second server backup.
