icw fails at firewall

    icw fails at firewall

I have sbs 2003 with sp2 applied. previously owa was working from outside
network and don't know what has happened cannot access owa from outside
network anymore. I have tried to run icw but fails at firewall setup. I have
read all the previous threads about this issue and have checked everything
but my problem has not been solved. Things I have tried are:
    1. made sure administrator has a email address.
    2. made sure
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\Intranet
    companywebpath = IIS://LOCALHOST/W3SVC/4
    3. I have done this as per microsoft suggestion:
    1.Open the IIS Management snap-in.
    2. Open the properties of the Default Web Site and go to the Directory
    Security tab.
    3. Go to the IP Address and Domain Name Restrctions setting and change the
setting. Just do the opposite of what is set. If currently set to grant
all, change it to deny all except for the local IP and subnet mask of the
    server.
    4. Select all to apply the change to all subwebs.
    5. Select all again to apply the change all the way down.

I have also ran BPA and no errors come up, except dns client which I don't
think it is related to this.

    My ICW.log is:

    Re: icw fails at firewall

Let's take a look at the CEICW log file when CEICW fails....

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Support\icwlog.txt

First delete or rename icwlog.txt. (This will allow a fresh copy of the
file to be created when you run CEICW). Then re-run CEICW and post the
resultant icwlog.txt file for us to look at (just copy and paste into your
    reply).

    Re: icw fails at firewall

Also, what is the error you receive when you try OWA externally?

    And does OWA work internally?
