It's probably best to install it on both - it only takes a second to
install, no reboot required. I only ever run WSUS reports from my
management PC, but I installed the report viewer on the SBS just in case I
ever need it while I'm logged in at the server - I won't want to have to
deal with it if I'm ever in a troubleshooting situation.
