I can't currently log into the Sharepoint console as it says I don't have a
managment web site. I can't run Sharepoint configuration as it says group
already exists. I don't have any content I mind losing. How is the best
way to start over with a Sharepoint clean install? Should I uninstall
Sharepoint and clean up any remainging databases and websites then reinstall?
Or is there a cleaner way?

I don't mind that Sharepoint is not working so much but can't get the SBS
2008 Rollup 3 to install and think it is because it can't access Sharepoint
to enable Kerberos.

Susan - How did this happen? I had a couple of issues after migration and
did some trashing around trying to fix them. I'm not sure how much of these
issues were related to update / rollup issues that occured as I was
finalizing set up, how many were related to migration settings, and how many
were my not being sure of what I was doing. At any rate, since remote, OWA,
and SQL Express 2005 (both SBSMonitoring and ##SSEE) are working,
uninstalling and reinstalling a clean instance of Sharepoint seems the best
solution for this production server.

Mike - Thanks for the pointer to the SBS 2008 reinstall instructions. I'll
work through it this way. I had found similar KBs but not specific to SBS
2008 so this will be very helpful.

The link you provide assumes that the SQL Server instance still exists. In
my case, I removed it, since I wasn't planning on using WSS. Apparently this
breaks all manner of stuff, and I've tried resintalling WSS with the
intention of pointing it to the SQL2008 default instance on the machine.
Unfortunately, before I even get a chance to configure it to do so, the
sharepoint config wizard barfs on me because it can't find MSSQL$Sharepoint.

How does one either reinstall that instance (which I don't want to use) or
simply point the configuration wizard at the correct database instance?
