Hello all, I hope you can help me,

We are using Microsoft SBS 2003 service pack 2, host our own email and use
the network fax option for outgoing broadcast faxes, we do not use it for
incoming faxes.
It's been working fine for 2 years, about 3 weeks ago it started throwing
errors when you sent out
more than 3 faxes at a time. If I try to send out 3 faxes they will all go
thru, if I try to send 4 or
more it imediately bombs snd I get the error message bellow....I've tried
stopping and starting the FAX
service but that didn't resolve it. The only thing that does work is
rebooting
the server which is impossible during business hours.

The error message under APPLICATIONS on the server is:

I've also tried to stop the TELEPHONY service but it won't stop along with
REMOTE ACCESS CONNECTION MANAGER. I've tried to find a solution online also
but no luck.

Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

How many lines do you have?

What's your fax hardware?

Any software/driver updates applied ~3 weeks ago?

If you repeat your 3 fax test over and over again does it ever fail?

Do you use the same fax image for both the 3 and 4 fax test?

What's your fax hardware? MultiTech MT5634ZBA
Any software/driver updates applied ~3 weeks ago? - No, not since June
If you repeat your 3 fax test over and over again does it ever fail? No, I
tried this again yesterday to verify
Do you use the same fax image for both the 3 and 4 fax test? - YES

Again, any help or ideas would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
