    Domain name vs IP address

    Hi all

I cannot seem to use the domain credential - only the IP address (which
works fine). E.g. if I get a client to vpn in to set up outlook, then the
server will only set up on the IP and not the fqd name.

It will set it up via the IP but is there something I am missing to set up
    via the fqd?

    thanks!
