    BSOD in wdf01000.sys

I have a customer with SBS 2003, SP2. Occassionally (rather rarely), he
gets a blue screen referencing WDF01000.SYS.

I've Googled this and have been unable to come to any conclusions. Does
anyone have any experience with this error and could possibly help me?

    Thanks!

Please let me know if you need any more details.

    Hello,

To troubleshoot this kind of kernel crash issue, we need to debug the crashed system dump. Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in this forum. A suggestion
would be to contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with your request. Please be advised
that contacting phone support will be a charged call.

To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a look at the web site listed below:

I hope the problem will be resolved soon. Thank you for your time and cooperation!

Any memory dump or mindumps? If so, analyze them with the MS tools and they
    may tell you more:
