Hi All,

I've started working with SBS2008 in June 2009 and everything was running
well. I'm using different client PC's and remote access through dyndns. For
off-site purposes I've been working with VPN for a couple of weeks but since
some weeks, I cannot connect through VPN to my SBS.

The management screen of "Routing and RAS" shows an active connection but I
can not use the resources on the server. The VPN connection on the client
says "Restricted connectivity".

Any ideas?

btw: I didn't change anything in particular but the system has installed
some new fixes from the WSUS.

Thank you for posting here.

According to your description, I understand that:

You cannot access any resources via the VPN connection to the SBS 2008
server.

If I have misunderstood the problem, please don't hesitate to let me know.

For further investigation, please provide the following information:

1. IPCONFIG /all output from the remote client that dials the VPN
connection.
2. Try to check whether you can PING the SBS server (and other clients in
the SBS network) after you establish the VPN connection.
