we were called in to restore a SBS2003 box that was using BE 9.1 for
backup. We have the server fully restored except for the Information
Store. We keep getting an error saying the following: a000848c -
Unable to attach to one of the drives. resource errors. from my
googling i have found that this may be a permissions error but this is
not definitive. We are not sure of the exact username and password
that was being used for BE before the disaster and neither is the
client. We have even tried to called Symantec but they said they
can't help as the product is so old. (this irrates me but that is
another rant)



any direction anyone could point us would be appreciated.
