Many snapins rely on IE for rendering their display. Open an IE window (one
of the very rare times you'll see me recommend this on a server) and reset
all security settings to default. Also, if you have any group policies that
could be applied to your account that wouldn't apply to the Administrator
account, make sure they aren't interfering with IE's ability to render for
3rd-party apps such as MMC snapins.
