Are there any members of any of these email address "domains" that are not
local to the SBS network? This would be lots easier if you could just add
whatever domain email addresses you want to the SBS and allow all the mail
to flow via SMTP.
Incoming mail to exchange via the SBS pop3 connector has always been a nightmare.
If you *must* use incoming pop3, look for a third party pop3 connector.
I still prefer to bring all the mail into the SBS/exchange. If there are
off site users, let them use OWA, RWW, Outlook Anywhere, or (shudder) pop
the SBS for their mail.
Of course, you would then have to provide licenses for any off site users
to authenticate to the SBS, but imo, it is either that or a third party pop
or web mail for your SBS internal uses for these second and third level emails.
