I am planning to roll out an sbs 2008 for a small company of 32 users as an
exchange 2007 server. This is a server externally hosted to their office and
so will not be a domain controller. All it will be used as is a mail server
and staff will access their emails via OWA only.

Is there a way of setting up one user's account and setting all the options
I need for their OWA and copying their OWA settings across to all other staff
added i.e. their security settings, general outlook such as colour scheme,
spam mail settings etc...

I don't want to have to set-up 32 users OWA all in the same way manually if
this is possible.

Sure it will - even if it isn't AD for their local network
Why are you using SBS for this rather than plain old Exchange? Seems
like a waste.

Nope. But you can indeed set up some stuff via the user roles wizard.
And as for the rest, you can send out an email to them explaining how
to customize OWA ... it's easy, and there isn't all that much they can
customize anyway.
