I would like to ask the same questions as Dave did to confirm the exact symptoms and sitution. In addition, does this issue occurs to paticualar user or to all domain users? If there is any error message,
please post back for further analysis. Just a reminder, please check and make sure port 443/80/4125 are open on the firwall/router inorder to use RWW externally. You may telnet the public SBS server
IP with ports to confirm. Also as Jim indicated, please check the firewall rules for sure. AFAIK, improper configuration of ISA server rules may cause this kind of issue.
