We bought Win2k3 Server 2 years ago to upgrade our old Win2k Server.
However, we would like to buy a new Server and we would like to know if it
is possible to transfer the Win2k3 License from the old Server to the new
one.

Please advise,

If it's a retail license, yes you can. If it's OEM, no you can't.
