Is this Win2K3 or SBS 2K3? You mention Win2K3 but you're posting in an
SBS group.


If it's SBS there's a couple of migration options - Microsoft official
method, and Swing Migration.

Server with Win2k8 O/S. Can anyone guide us on how to migrate all existing
user accounts, groups and mailboxes to the new server?

This isn't the place to discuss these migrations, though--most folks here will only have done this in the context of an SBS migration, which is significantly different.
