Is this Win2K3 or SBS 2K3? You mention Win2K3 but you're posting in an
    SBS group.

If it's SBS there's a couple of migration options - Microsoft official
    method, and Swing Migration.

    Wink3 to Win2k8 Migration...

Hi All, we have Win2k3 Server with Exchange Server installed and also serve
as a file server for about 20 users.... We would like to purchase a new
Server with Win2k8 O/S. Can anyone guide us on how to migrate all existing
user accounts, groups and mailboxes to the new server?

    Thanks,
    Garu

I agree with the other response. If SBS is not involved, below is a link to Microsoft tools for the server migration:

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...8WS.10%29.aspx

    For Exchange:

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...EXCHG.80).aspx

This isn't the place to discuss these migrations, though--most folks here will only have done this in the context of an SBS migration, which is significantly different.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that it is Win2k3 SBS. What are the options?
