    SBS2003/Exchange Error

I have been getting this error on an SBS2003 R2 server with the Exchange
going "bad". It's a regular occurrence every 30 seconds in the Application
log. All of the services are running but clients (Outlook 2003, 2007 and
Windows mobile) start having issues talking to the Exchange Server. My only
resolution is to reboot the server and then things go bad again about 24-48
hours later then I start the reboot process again. This server has been up
and running fine for about 3 years and this just started about 45 days ago.

Any ideas on what to look at?

    Thanks!

    -Richard K

    RE: SBS2003/Exchange Error

    Hello Richard,

Thanks for your post and others' input.

In addition, based on research and experience of the Event error 3007, it may occur if there is any 3rd party anti-virus or anti-spam software is scanning/monitoring Exchange
server services that caused the timeout issue. It might be caused by the recent update/upgrade of the anti-virus or anti-spam software. So if possible, please temporarily
disable all of them(both application and related services) if any for test purpose.

I also agree with Teneo to go ahead and run SBS BPA tool.
