Email status is already changed to forwarding icon

    Email status is already changed to forwarding icon

    Hi,

    I have one issue. one email status in my inbox is already changed to
    forwarding icon. But I did not forward this email, and couldnot find any
    particular email sent in the sent items folder. There is not any rules
    applied.

    We use Windows SBS2003 and outlook 2003.

    Does someone here help me to fix this issue?

    Change your password. Check the mail rights in your AD account to make sure
    no one else has access to it.

    Otherwise, any errors in the event logs on the client or workstation? (post
    the eventID# and Source names).

    Hello Michael,

    Thanks for your post and Ace's input.

    Please try the following steps to reset Outlook views:

    Step 1: Go to 'View' - Arrange By - Current View - Customize Current Views, click on Fields, choose 'Icon' then 'Add' to the right side, then move up the Field Order, move it to
    the top. Then restart Outlook and see if it changes.

    Step 2: If step 1 doesn't work, Click on View menu ->Arrange By-> current View->Custom Current View-> click on Reset Current View Button. Then try again.

    Step 3: If issue persists, try to open Outlook with the /CleanViews switch to reset Outlook views(you may refer to the below article about how to use /CleanViews switch). But
    be aware you will lose any Custom Views that you have defined in the process
