Please try the following steps to reset Outlook views:
Step 1: Go to 'View' - Arrange By - Current View - Customize Current Views, click on Fields, choose 'Icon' then 'Add' to the right side, then move up the Field Order, move it to
the top. Then restart Outlook and see if it changes.
Step 2: If step 1 doesn't work, Click on View menu ->Arrange By-> current View->Custom Current View-> click on Reset Current View Button. Then try again.
Step 3: If issue persists, try to open Outlook with the /CleanViews switch to reset Outlook views(you may refer to the below article about how to use /CleanViews switch). But
be aware you will lose any Custom Views that you have defined in the process
