When you edit items in the Team Discussion section of the intranet,
how do you prevent the text in the "body" window from showing all the
html tags - makes editing difficult

I just checked (For Sanity)
and you shouldn't see any HTML Tags in the body?
Unless you put some in?
Are you running WSS 3.0?
Are you up to date on Service Packs etc?
Maybe post a picture
(I think you mean you are seeing Things like <a> <href=
and stuff like that )

subsequently edit the message, all the tags are visible.
Ah, I've just discovered this only happens when I use Firefox or the
64 bit version of IE. Using plain old IE works OK
Thanks Russ
If you see this again in IE in other sites.
Don't forget to click the "Compatibility" in IE
I had a Bugger of a time when JAVA didn't work for a client.
And they had the current Java installed.
I just hit Compatibility and it worked.
Thanks for letting us know
Russ
