You can't upgrade SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 because 2008 is 64 bit. There are
several migration methods available from both Microsoft and third parties.
Have you installed SBS 2008 at all yet for yourself or any clients? If not
I suggest you do it at least 3 times on a test system and even try a test
migration of SBS 2003. You definitely want to acquire at least one book
about SBS 2008 as a reference. I sense you have a lot of learning to do
here.
