I have a win 2003 server which is used as a sql server. When a person that
is not admin tries to open an access database which is also on the same
server that has links to sql table structure they are asked for login info to
server. when they put in their credentials it asks for them again. Everyone
is on the win server and builtin/users and domain users are on the sql server
and the sql database instance. The user is in the everyone group. I have
admin rights but I can not open the database unless I type in administrator
with the appropriate password. How can i unconfused the win server?

That's an SQL permission and not a Windows permission. This post would be
more appropriately posted in the SQL newsgroups.
