Are you trying to connect to the printer via the Server (as a Print
Server), or are you trying to connect directly to the printer?

    For a Print Server setup:

Is there a domain? Are the PCs (Server and Clients) all part of that
domain? If so, can a user browse to resources on \\192.168.1.15 ? Can
they ping the IPS of the printer and server when VPN'd ?
