The following is the MCSA roadmap. Take a look at what you've already taken
and passed, and what else you'll need.

From what you said, you've taken the following required exams:
70-290
70-291
Then you picked a client operating system:
70-270
Now you need to pick one elective. There are over 20 of them, including if
you had already passed a CompTIA exam, which counts towards it. Click on the
link I provided to see the complete list. The two you mentioned, 70-350 and
70-299, are both electives (in the list) and either one can be chosen.
As for books, there are numerous books on the subject. You can search Google
(or Bing) for MCSA. I actually prefer the Microsoft courseware. But then
again, that's what I use all the time.
