server 2003, try 'partition magic alternative'

I would honestly suggest to reinstall the operating system with the larger
drive or partition size and not use any type of third party tool to extend a
volume or partition. I've seen too many issues in the past with more than
one customer trying these tools that resulted in reinstalling the operating
system anyway to fix it.

It is not a good idea for a server to reinstall, but backup before any operate is useful. Resize the partition directly will reduce much downtime. See this how to extend server 2003 article
