I'm using windows server 2008 R2. I've reinstalled it due to some reasons.
I performed a clean installation.
When I tried to activate it. I was unable to activate it.
Any one please help me.

Well Vijay,
it seems that your MAK key was used more than allowed number of activations.
If you think that you are entitled for more activations, you may use the
free phone that is listed on the activation dialog box.
If you would like to avoid similar messages in the future, I would suggest
that you use Volume Activation Management Tool (VAMT) and "Proxy Activation"
procedure. This procedure allows you to save your MAK key, Installation Id
an Confirmation Id in an XML file. When you reinstall your system on the
same hardware, you can apply all three pieces of information using VAMT tool
and your system will be (re)activated without contacting Microsoft.
