eOpen is now the VLSC. Microsoft likes to change stuff around to keep us all
on our toes. I was able to get in and find my keys, downloads, etc. from the
eopen site just now so I'm not sure what's going on with you - you may need
to contact support (or your reseller).

Those pictures of people they have on the home page, one of the dudes looks
just like me!
