My Win2K8 domain controller his averaging a Queue Length of 3 with the
low being 1 and the high being 12. I will admit I don't know much about
queue lengths, but I was told this is bad.
Is this bad or abnormal and what can I do to fix it?

Is the only indication you have something wrong the processor queue?
